ICEYE is hiring a permanent Customer Excellence Specialist to manage the order-to-delivery process for synthetic aperture radar satellite imagery across the APAC region. The role oversees feasibility studies, satellite resource planning, image quality control, customer inquiries and complaints, cross-functional issue resolution, service training, reporting, and relationships with governmental and commercial clients. It is a hybrid, shift-based position with one weekend shift per month and no night shifts, subject to applicable security screening. Candidates need customer excellence or account management experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, a bachelor's degree or practical experience in geography, remote sensing, or aerospace, and strong English communication plus language skills relevant to the work location.
