Description
Customer Experience Account Manager role at Mueller Water Products’ Gas Products Division in Decatur, Illinois, supporting established gas customers and regional account managers through inside sales, customer service, technical support, product selection, quotations, complaint resolution, order entry, stock checks, and shipment tracking. The position requires strong technical/mechanical understanding, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and prior experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment. It is an hourly, non-exempt full-time role with overtime eligibility and a starting pay of $27.50 per hour.
