Description
HSBC is seeking an Operational Project Manager to coordinate the implementation, localization, handover, and post-implementation of global operational processes and projects for a Directorate. The role works with local and global SMEs and stakeholders, manages action plans, Gantt charts, forums, document control, risk and control reporting, audits, and AI-generated materials, and ensures compliance with local and global policies. A bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, English communication ability, Office knowledge, and project-implementation experience are required.
