Collectors is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join their Beckett Collectibles team. This role involves managing in-house appointments for order pickups and drop-offs, processing orders, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The coordinator will report to the Customer Experience Manager and work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, from the Plano, TX office.
