Description
TJ Maxx is hiring a Store Manager to lead a team of Associates, promote excellent customer service and loyalty programs, train and coach staff, manage POS coverage and breaks, address customer concerns, and support store operations, safety, and shrink-reduction goals. The role requires flexible scheduling, merchandising knowledge, communication and organizational skills, and at least one year of retail and six months of leadership experience. The position is based at the TJ Maxx store in Broomfield, Colorado, with a starting pay range of USD $16.75 to $17.25 per hour.
