TJ Maxx is hiring a Store Manager to lead front-of-store Associates, promote customer service and loyalty programs, train and coach staff, manage POS coverage and breaks, address customer concerns, and support store operations and safety. The role requires flexible scheduling, merchandising knowledge, communication and organizational skills, and one year of retail experience plus six months of leadership experience. The position is based at the TJ Maxx store in Anaheim, California, with a starting pay range of USD $17.90 to $18.40 per hour.
