Description
The Store Manager oversees customer service and front-of-store Associates, trains and mentors staff, assigns registers and breaks, addresses customer concerns, promotes loyalty programs, and supports store safety, shrink reduction, and labor compliance. The role requires flexible scheduling, merchandising knowledge, communication and organizational skills, and at least one year of retail and six months of leadership experience. It is based at the Marshalls store in Maplewood, Missouri, with a starting pay range of USD $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
