Description
Five Below is hiring an hourly Store Manager to lead front-end operations, customer service, merchandising, store recovery, opening and closing procedures, and crew development. The role partners with the store manager, performs store maintenance, and may require flexible scheduling including day, evening, weekend, overnight, and travel shifts. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of management experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding retail work. The position starts at $15.00 per hour.
