Imperial Brady Canada is hiring a Customer Experience Professional in Vars, Ontario to manage customer inquiries, process and follow up on orders, track back orders and delivery status, handle returns and credits, coordinate with Sales, Operations, Credit, and other internal teams, and resolve customer issues. The role requires 1–3 years of customer service experience, bilingual English and French communication, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with InfoSource, Microsoft Office, and Dayforce. The position is an indoor office role with a salary of $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.
