Robinhood is hiring an Advanced Services Representative to support complex customer issues involving options trading, margin, event contracts, and derivatives. The role focuses on resolving escalated customer issues, improving customer experience metrics, analyzing customer data, contributing to knowledge bases and training, and providing feedback to product and business partners. Candidates need at least three years of financial-services customer experience, including one year in an active trader or trade-desk role, along with active Series 7 and 63 licenses. The role is based in Chicago, Denver, or Westlake, with remote overnight, mid-shift, or in-office day-shift options and an onboarding schedule requiring in-person attendance five days per week initially, then three days every other week.
