Allina Health is hiring a full-time Customer Experience Center Representative to provide patient access, scheduling, phone support, customer service, system navigation, paging, registration, and electronic medical record entry. The role is available at the Minneapolis or Coon Rapids locations, offers day/evening shifts with occasional weekend rotation, and includes medical and dental benefits. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and have the education or experience needed to meet the functional competencies; healthcare scheduling, customer service, and healthcare experience are preferred.
