Wow Roofing is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to re-engage warm leads and past clients, conduct outbound follow-up calls, educate homeowners, build lasting relationships, and close deals virtually. The role requires a proven sales track record, strong communication and CRM skills, and preferably roofing or exterior home improvement sales experience. Compensation includes base salary plus commission, with up to 5% commission on completed jobs and an average of $1,000 per closed deal.
