Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Professional, friendly, and timely meeting and greeting of customers.
Ability to understand and communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and other services effectively.
Proficiency in using company-approved sales and service techniques to identify customer needs and recommend optional products like protection, upgrades, fuel options, etc.
Capability to provide additional customer assistance, including directions, maps, local information, and service details.
Excellent communication skills to answer incoming calls regarding reservations, rate quotes, general inquiries, and resolve issues for customers, other branches, and vendors.
Ability to place outgoing calls for callback management and handle miscellaneous assignments.
Skill in assessing the condition of returned rentals.
Responsibility to notify management of identified customer problems.
Knowledge of vehicle problems and ability to inform management of needed maintenance.
Commitment to continuous learning, pursuing on-the-job and company-sponsored training.
Flexibility to perform miscellaneous and backup job-related duties as assigned.
