J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a full-time Customer Experience Representative in Kansas City, Missouri. Under routine supervision, the role executes customer freight orders, builds customer relationships, monitors delivery and billing performance, resolves service issues, schedules pickup and delivery appointments, enters orders into an order management system, documents accessorial charges and spot-rate approvals, and communicates load updates and capacity availability. The position requires a high school diploma or GED plus up to 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, or a bachelor's degree; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
