Description
J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a Customer Experience Representative in Lowell, Arkansas, to execute customer freight orders, maintain customer relationships, monitor delivery and billing performance, resolve service issues, schedule pickup and delivery appointments, enter orders into an order management system, and manage accessorial charges, spot rates, load updates, and capacity availability. The role is full time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and requires a high school diploma/GED with up to 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, or a bachelor's degree.
