J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a full-time Customer Experience Representative in Lowell, Arkansas. Under routine supervision, the role executes customer freight orders, supports on-time and damage-free delivery, ensures accurate billing, communicates load status and resolves service issues, schedules pickup and delivery appointments, enters orders into an order management system, documents accessorial-charge and spot-rate approvals, and serves as a customer contact for load updates and capacity. The position requires a high school diploma/GED with up to 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, or a bachelor's degree; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
