Bucks County Estate Traders is hiring a full-time Customer Experience Supervisor in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, to lead and mentor Customer Experience Guides, protect the luxury showroom client experience, manage performance metrics, oversee digital customer support and order processing, and maintain showroom inventory readiness. The role requires at least two years of supervisory or management experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or a boutique gallery setting, along with proficiency in Google Workspace and retail technology platforms. Compensation is a guaranteed hourly base plus uncapped team incentives, with a target annual compensation of $65,000–$75,000+ and a schedule of five days per week plus one weekend day.
