Description
Simbe is hiring a Customer Facing Applied AI Engineer to configure, tune, validate, and troubleshoot computer vision and data pipelines for retail customers. The role supports new and expanded deployments, investigates accuracy and data-quality issues, validates model and pipeline releases, analyzes production data, builds operational tooling, and translates recurring customer issues into product and engineering improvements. It requires at least three years of experience in software engineering, applied machine learning, data engineering, computer vision operations, customer solutions engineering, or a related technical role, along with strong Python, Linux, Git, and production-debugging skills.
