Description
Vailent is seeking a customer-facing engineer to join their team. This role involves embedding directly with customers to understand their operational environments and building production solutions. The engineer will be responsible for integrating Vailent's AI infrastructure into complex enterprise stacks like SAP/ERP systems and legacy CRMs. Key responsibilities include technical discovery, deploying production-ready solutions, managing the full integration lifecycle, serving as the primary technical contact, supporting sales, directing AI agents, closing feedback loops with product and engineering, and authoring detailed documentation.
