Molex is hiring a Customer Focus Representative in El Salto, Jalisco to manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, monitor material availability and supply risks, coordinate internal teams, execute SAP, EDI, ASN, and customer-portal transactions, communicate shipment status and recovery plans, and negotiate alternatives. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience in customer service, order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment, SAP and order-management knowledge, B2-level English, and onsite work in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
