Description
The Customer Fulfillment Representative serves as the interface between Gexpro Services and customers, coordinating warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, customer inquiries, and transportation. The role uses WMS and QAD systems, may transport and stock inventory at off-site customer locations, and provides tactical sales support. It requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, physical warehouse work, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work overtime.
