Description
The Greeter provides front-end customer service in a retail store by greeting customers, handling merchandise, directing guests, promoting programs, distributing promotional materials, checking merchandise and vendor visitors, maintaining entryway cleanliness, and assisting with firearm check-in procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, customer-service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
