Metaview is hiring a Customer Growth Manager to own retention and expansion across a book of 2,000+ accounts. The role combines AI and automation with human judgment to drive customer activation, renewal, risk intervention, and expansion; build lifecycle communication systems; experiment with triggered workflows and AI-assisted outreach; and provide structured insights to Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. Candidates should have experience with digital customer growth, lifecycle marketing, or account management systems, along with strong analytical, commercial, writing, and AI experimentation skills.
