Ford is hiring a Customer Identity Platform Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and provide 24/7 support for highly available identity and access management solutions on Azure AD B2C. The role collaborates with business, cybersecurity, application, and technical teams; contributes to IAM strategy and roadmaps; maintains monitoring and documentation; and develops secure software using C#, .NET Core, Azure Graph APIs, PowerShell, and modern software delivery pipelines. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, with a remote arrangement unless the candidate resides within 50 miles of Dearborn, Michigan.
