Description
Footprint is hiring a Customer Implementation Engineer to embed with banks and fintechs, learn their financial-crime investigation procedures, and lead the technical deployment and integration of Percy. The role owns customer implementations, agent configuration, backtests, bug resolution, customer technical relationships, and reusable implementation patterns, while reporting to the CTO. It requires 2–4 years of software-building experience, strong programming ability, AI/LLM-agent familiarity, cross-boundary debugging experience, and willingness to travel to customer sites.
