Neoday is hiring a Customer Implementation Manager in Tilburg for an on-site 80%, remote 20% full-time role. The position owns the project from contract signing through go-live, including project planning, technical integrations with POS providers, data setup, onboarding, training, and collaboration with Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams. Candidates need 3–6 years of experience in technical project management, SaaS implementation, or B2B onboarding, along with commercial awareness, clear communication, and fluency in English.
