Description
MealSuite is seeking a Customer Implementation Trainer to join their Customer Implementation team. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert on MealSuite's software, providing comprehensive training for customers and partners to ensure usability and proper setup. This role involves creating and updating training plans, overseeing guided and live account training, assisting with module configurations, collaborating with internal teams like Implementation Coordinators and Enterprise Implementation Managers, communicating requirements to stakeholders, troubleshooting workflow issues, and educating customers on MealSuite's toolkit.
