Description
MealSuite is seeking a Customer Implementation Trainer to join their Customer Implementation team. The trainer will act as the subject matter expert on MealSuite's software, providing comprehensive training for customers and partners to ensure usability and successful account setup. Responsibilities include creating and updating training plans, overseeing guided and live account training, assisting with module configurations, collaborating with internal teams like Implementation Coordinators and Enterprise Implementation Managers, communicating requirements to stakeholders, troubleshooting workflow issues, educating customers on product capabilities, and leveraging feedback for continuous improvement.
