Description
3D Systems is hiring a Customer Innovation Center (CIC) Manager to lead the Rock Hill customer-facing demonstration and benchmarking center. The role oversees daily CIC operations, staffing, scheduling, capacity, inventory, safety, quality, equipment maintenance, customer benchmarking projects, demonstrations, training, and technical team development. It also coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers, and provides customer feedback for product development. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5–7 years of manufacturing operations experience, and knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement; additive manufacturing experience is preferred. Travel is approximately 10–20%.
