Eleos Health is seeking a Customer Insights Manager to lead compliance efforts in the Home Health and Hospice (HH&H) market. This role involves translating complex regulatory frameworks into actionable product requirements and guiding internal teams to ensure compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation, OASIS-E, HOPE, PDGM, and hospice eligibility standards. The manager will collaborate with clinical strategy, product, engineering, sales, and implementation teams to enhance the effectiveness of behavioral care technology.
