Ayr Wellness is hiring a Dispensary Intake Associate to serve as the first point of contact for patients and customers at its cannabis dispensaries. The role provides welcoming customer service, validates identification, processes customers through the POS, checks in patients, updates files, explains services, manages visitor access, coordinates with departments on security needs, and maintains the front desk and lobby cleanliness. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of retail or inventory experience, effective communication, regular attendance, and availability for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $19.25 per hour, with work primarily performed in a dispensary setting.
