Micron is hiring a Customer Integration Engineer to support the integration of advanced HBM products into customer systems. The role focuses on technical engagement across product development, system architecture, build, front-end and back-end processes, package failure analysis, qualification, and testing, with hands-on problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and AI adoption. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field and hands-on experience in one or more of the listed engineering areas.
