Description
Bottomline is hiring a Director, Customer Intelligence & AI to build and lead customer intelligence and artificial intelligence capabilities for its Revenue Management organization. The role will develop a centralized Customer 360 platform, create predictive models for revenue opportunities, retention, churn, pricing, and forecasting, enable intelligent automation, and partner with revenue, growth, renewal, commercial, customer success, product, sales, and finance leaders. The position requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in data science, customer analytics, business intelligence, revenue analytics, machine learning, or AI, along with SQL, Python, and large-scale data experience.
