Description
Ryder is immediately hiring a 2nd-shift Logistics Supervisor (Transportation) in Austin, Texas for its Supply Chain Solutions division. The role supervises and coordinates logistics, dispatch, and DOT operations; establishes schedules and procedures; monitors KPIs; coaches and evaluates employees; supports health, safety, security, and labor relations; and recommends process improvements. The position requires a college degree or technical certification in business, logistics, transportation, or a related field, plus three years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or transportation environment and three years of experience in performance management, employee evaluation, meetings, and workplace incident reporting. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with an annual salary of $55,000 to $61,400 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
