Description
The Customer Manager Associate covers a geographic territory and surrounding area, reporting to a Retail Sales Manager or Senior Customer Manager. The role develops relationships with store managers and buyers, sells promotional programs and incremental quantities, obtains new-item distribution and placement through distributors such as UNFI and Kehe, corrects voids, merchandises products, attends retailer resets, completes audits and pricing surveys, reports market activity, and reviews performance against objectives. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, sales experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, home space for samples, and basic Outlook and Excel proficiency.
