Description
The Customer Manager Associate manages a designated territory serving small and midsize independent natural retailers. The role covers full wall-to-wall sales, new-item placement, schematic compliance, promotional selling, pricing surveys, product merchandising, retailer resets, audits, and performance reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, sales experience preferred, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, product-sample storage space, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel and perform physical in-store work.
