Microsoft is hiring a Customer Operations Manager to provide front-line transactional support for Microsoft Field sellers and customers, manage licensing contracts, orders, billing, credit approvals, and customer service operations, and improve processes across a portfolio of accounts. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance, or a related field plus operations, program management, or process management experience; fluency in English; and on-site presence at least three days per week. The typical base pay range in Romania is 143,500–253,800 lei per year, with benefits and other compensation potentially available.
