The role supports the Service Department by handling customer calls and in-person interactions, scheduling and confirming service appointments, routing calls, following up on repair requests and special-order parts, maintaining repair documentation, auditing sublet invoices, monitoring loaner logs, and following environmental, health, and safety requirements. The position requires strong customer service, communication, telephone etiquette, active listening, computer and spreadsheet skills, multitasking, cross-department collaboration, and flexible availability.
