CarMax is seeking a Customer Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting the Service Department, and assisting customers before, during, and after service or repair processes. This role involves answering service calls, scheduling appointments, managing reminders, handling repair requests, auditing invoices, and monitoring loaner logs. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional telephone etiquette, intermediate computer skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
