Description
Alchemy is hiring a Customer Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for its Account Abstraction and Wallet Services products, manage customer onboarding and ongoing relationships, resolve technical issues, scale support through internal tools and runbooks, and translate customer feedback into product and engineering decisions. The role requires a technical background, at least one year of software development experience, a technical degree, and interest in blockchain, crypto, and account abstraction. The position offers a base salary of $120,000 to $300,000 annually, plus equity and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and flexible-time benefits.
