HARMAN Automotive is hiring a Lead Program Manager to lead large-scale, strategically important programs across the CAM Greater Europe portfolio. The role owns execution from concept through production, manages international cross-functional teams, leads global troubleshooting and system validation, handles change and risk, and serves as a management-level customer interface. Candidates need an engineering degree or equivalent program management experience, at least 10 years managing large-scale programs or teams, automotive program leadership experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and fluency in English. The position requires travel of up to 25% and on-site work in Gothenburg, Sweden, while offering a flexible work environment with remote work options.
