HARMAN Automotive is hiring a Lead Program Manager in Gothenburg, Sweden, to lead large-scale, strategically important customer programs across multiple brands, regions, and technical domains. The role owns execution from concept through production, manages cross-functional teams, leads troubleshooting and system validation, handles change and risk, and steers priorities and mitigation strategies. Candidates need an engineering degree or equivalent program management experience, at least 10 years managing large-scale programs or teams, automotive program leadership experience, strong customer-facing and analytical skills, and fluent English. The position offers a flexible work environment with remote work access, requires on-site work in Sweden, and pays a gross annual base salary of kr 641,250–kr 940,500.
