Botify is hiring a Customer Program Manager for a four- to six-month CDD contract starting at the end of 2026 in Paris. The role manages strategic client relationships, KPIs, success and engagement plans, product implementations, client health and adoption, platform integrations, technical discussions, client-facing content, and growth strategies. Candidates need at least four years of client-facing program, project, technical customer success, implementation, or similar experience, enterprise software and transformation experience, complex technical discussion experience, and fluency in French and English. The position offers a gross base salary of 64,000–69,000 EUR per year plus bonus, a hybrid remote policy, and office-based work in Paris.
