The Business Analyst, Customer Enrollment and Payment Operations role supports a Flexible Pricing Rate Pilot by performing eligibility checks, validating enrollment forms, submitting eligible customers to a third-party supplier, confirming enrollment status, and maintaining enrollment and billing metrics.
