Ericsson is hiring a Customer Project Manager to manage complex Network Management (OSS) projects from design through acceptance, with a primary focus on customers in Ukraine and Ericsson EMEA Customer Unit SEE projects. The role owns project delivery, governance, financial performance, change control, reporting, compliance, customer relationships, trials, and team development. Candidates need at least five years of Customer Project Manager experience, a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, and experience with Ericsson OSS, network management, orchestration, and service management systems.
