Böhme & Weihs is hiring a full-time Customer Project Manager to lead customer projects from initial concept through successful implementation of its CAQ and MES software solutions. The role involves process analysis, ERP integration, customer workshops, solution presentation, production and cost optimization, and product development. It is based at one of the company’s locations in Germany or from home office, with approximately two to three days of travel per month. Candidates need a technical degree or comparable qualification, IT project implementation experience, production and production-control experience, manufacturing-process expertise, consulting and communication skills, and very good German with good English.
