The role manages qualification infrastructure, plans and executes customer qualification tests, performs failure triage, coordinates with Product Support Engineers, tracks issues, and reports status. The position requires a BS degree in computer engineering or an equivalent field, at least seven years of relevant hands-on technical experience, SSD or storage-device experience, platform troubleshooting, Windows and Linux server experience, and scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash. The expected salary is $115,470 to $192,440, with medical, non-medical, retirement, and other benefits.
