Description
PIP Global Safety is hiring a Customer Quality Engineer on a permanent CDI contract for its Villers-Cotterêts site. The role oversees product, process, and system quality; handles customer complaints and warranty determinations; develops corrective actions; conducts audits and inspections; analyzes quality data; and collaborates with product development and project teams. The position requires at least three years of similar industrial experience, knowledge of quality assurance and control methods, familiarity with applicable standards and regulations, problem-solving skills, and fluent French and English communication.
