KI Industries is hiring a Customer Quality Engineer in Benito Juárez Industrial Park, Querétaro, to manage customer quality issues from initial notification through corrective-action closure. The role coordinates CARs, 8D reports, containment and quality activities, RMAs, IQMS and customer-portal follow-up, supplier PPAP and PSW compliance, supplier evaluation, nonconforming-product handling, customer-specific requirements, and quality KPIs. Candidates need at least three years of similar experience, a relevant engineering degree, knowledge of APQP, PPAP, AMEF/PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, 8D, root-cause analysis, and IATF 16949, along with strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
