Description
The Quality Technician supports Cosma’s automotive manufacturing quality systems by handling materials and product documentation, auditing compliance, participating in APQP and PPAP, reviewing control plans, applying statistical techniques and SPC, and assisting with quality training. The role requires a high school diploma, 2–4 years of quality experience, technical knowledge in SPC, FMEA, and GD&T, and the ability to work throughout the plant, including occasional travel and flexible first-, second-, or third-shift work.
